The Global NOC at Indiana University is a
premier provider of highly responsive network coordination, engineering,
and installation services that support the advancement of R&E networking.
The Global NOC is housed in a state-of-the-art operations center in the
new Information Communication Technology Complex on the Indianapolis campus
of Indiana University.
The networks supported by the Global NOC are staffed on a 24x7x365 basis
by Global NOC Service Desk experts.
Global NOC staff ensure the health of networks using a 30-foot CineMassive video wall to display the live state of every network.
In addition to using the video wall to monitor network state, the Global NOC tracks open alarms and manages open network issues using an array of custom-built monitoring and management tools.
